Quality Systems & Food Safety always has been a passion for Ulrich Schraewer, who is originally from Frankfurt/Main in Germany. This passion began with his initial education – Ulrich holds a German Honours Degree in Nutritional Science & Food Business and an Irish Diploma in Food Science & Technology from the Cork Institute of Technology.
Ulrich’s knowledge and skills has continuously developed in the course of trainings and his work as auditor. Today Ulrich has over 10 years experience in developing, implementing and auditing quality & food safety management systems for the food industry in Germany and Ireland. He worked for several food companies such as “Dr. Oetker” in Germany and “The LifeFibre Company” in Ireland.
Ulrich is an approved food trainer for the Environmental Health Officers’ Association (EHOA), a mentor for the Kerry Enterprise Board, and conducts audits as a British Retail Consortium (BRC) Third Party Food Auditor for an independent Irish certification body
